Returns & Exchanges

At KKC Supply, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your KKC Supply account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
